DOT SURE PETS INSURANCE

On the 25th Jan 2022, i called dot sure pet insurance, after i had a bad day - one of my puppies got injured and had an emergency situation and paid a very big amount, which I didn't budget for. So i decided to look for a pet insurance, i remember seeing a dot sure advert, so I called them. I spoke to Jackie Buni, my network was very bad that day, we kept on getting cut off over and over, but he continued to call me back till we finalized the cover. He was very patient, he provided me with all the information I needed at that time to get some sort of cover. He send me the documents immediately after our call. He shown some empathy to what has happened to my puppy. And I wasn't expecting that at all, so I was amazed. My cover started with immediate effect, and I got comforted that my pets will be fine should I encounter something like that again. So well done to Mr Jackie
