Dot sure insurance!!! robbing my friend, im so happy im out of them, Feel so sad for my friend

<p>My Friend Lillian Leeuw's house was ****** in August , Shame man. She was so confident about her insurance Dot Sure, reason is she is paying every month, and what is really funny she even got them few customers here at work for them. she insured her house contents for 150000 which was under her affordabality and now the assesor is saying the value of her house contents is 345000 and that she needs to be penalized for the difference, My goodness!!!!! wherever did you hear such big lie, how do some people sleep at night. now because she insured her house for 150000 instead of their 345000 they only paying her 10000 instead of the claim amount that is R33.500 Ha ha ha ha what a lie and joke. my friend is on her way to ombudsman. i hope other customers dont allow such service. if really this was the case why did they not first send out their assesors? aggg this is plain *****elent business of Dotsure. lets spread the word and dont allow such behaviour. i rest my case. i called my lawyer at work he laughed , i mean he really really lauged. he said this is *****!!! Helo Peter please please help my friend. </p>
