Dot sure insurance doent care about their clients

I had an insurance with Dotsure, and they wrote my car off . first they charged me for storage while one of their consultant messed up everything, and I was charged. they refused to request statement from the police coz they were going to be charged R400.00 and with that I had to penalise me R 20 000.00 for that.

they agreed to fix their mess of the storage from my claim, and what stopped them to request the statement from the police for R400.00? I have phone McNiel Arries and he promised to come back to me, and what happened(over 2 weeks nothing.) I have email when they didn't want to sort of my issues and sending me everywhere. one of the ladies told me everything will be okay and nothing happened. they just wanted to deal with their things and forget about me. spending lot of money on advertising on tv while you failing to service your clients is pathetic
