Dotsure is the most reliable pet insurance that I've used. I had my daughters Yorkie Lienki with them while my dogs were at another company because of the "better benefits" at a "better price" which turned into a disaster at the first claim. Their benefits are clear and precisely set out with no hidden agendas. I have never had a problem with a payment. When my boerboel and two years before that my boxer passed away, I got the most sincere letter and phone call from them. Every phone call is a pleasure. Their staff are excellently trained and go out of their way to help and fight for you in time of need. They understand that our animals are more than just animals to us.
