They are lies, they do not give a true reflection of what they cover and what they don't. I have submitted a claim and they refused to pay because they are saying my cover is a mechanical cover and not a replacement/wear and tear cover. The call centre agents said they did a digital asseemnt and when I probed further he told me they spoke to the manager at the workshop that submitted my report, when I asked the name of the manager they spoke to, they said they did not hear the name properly.... ****ers. I then told the agent that it is nit possible that they can hear the rest of the conversation but not the name of the manager they spoke to. He told me that he can read and the is stated in the documents the workshop submitted.... This is definitely going to the ombudsman because they could not provide a reference for the call.
