Absolutely phenomenal service from Chantelle Groenewald!! She went out of her way to deliver customer excellence. Her communication was on par - she kept me informed of my claim every step of the way. Chantelle is so passionate about what she does and every South African business should take a page out of Chantelle's book regarding customer excellence. Well done Chantelle!!!
