DOSURE - THE MOST UNRELIABLE INSURANCE COMPANY

When a customer fails to pay she forfeits her premiums but when the insurance cancels her policy without her knowledge the same rule don't apply to them. i asked for the original email that they claimed to have sent to me to be forwarded but they didn't instead they send an email with an attached letter that is supposed dated 29th November, how convenient. anybody can change a letter on a document then pretend to have sent it earlier so that they are on the favorable side. I'm still waiting for the email that was supposedly sent to me November last year to be forwarded to me as I have asked them to send me the original email.

anybody reading this please make yourself a favor and don't take out a policy with Dotsure. This company is unreliable, they will drop can cancel your policy whenever it suits them. All they care about is your money and not your needs once they've reached their target they just cancel your policy and never care anymore. until when we will experience such bad treatment from Insurance companies? i'm very disappointed in them.
