Dorsure pet insurance

I've been with Dorsure pet insurance for the past two years. My two little firbabies ( cats) are on the premium plan. It was a choice I made after loosing a 6 year old cat to cancer, without insurance it cost me a fortune. Needless to say that I still didn't get to bring him home. I got a new little kitten and immediately put him and my other kitten at the time on Insurance.

The call centre lady was so helpful, she was patient and very empathetic on my experiences. She actually promoted the less expensive package, which made me feel that she had my interests at heart. My new baby had ringworm, needed to castrated, had an infection and the list continues. I claimed at least 7 times in a year for this little guy. I was approved every time, via the app submission, which is easy and effective and funds ( about 80%) per transaction was put back into my account within 48 hours. I'm a happy and satisfied customer.
