Dootsure Pet Medical Insurance Cancellation

I wanted to cancel my policy because I chose to move to another Pet Medical Insurance company. This was uncomfortable. Donné Stoffels phoned me soon after I logged the request and really handled it well. She pointed out their advantage over their competition, but understood my case and concluded the cancellation. Five out of Five for their company allowing this and for her in the way she treated her to be "ex" customer! If they handle a cancellation so professionally and speedily, I can only recommend them to anybody who is not sure which company to go with. They practice what they preach, even if it hurts!
