DONT Take out DOTSURE - They dont cover annual vaccines and neuter, as they claim
They don't honour their statements; they call neutering and annual vaccines not essential, and I quote, "The lowest points on their claims." After four years of paying premiums at R1000 a month, I decided this year to claim for vaccines (two dogs) and neutering (one dog) at a cost of R8500.00, and they paid out R1111.00. They say, and I quote, groom has the same level of need as vaccine and neutering
