Dont know what they are doing!
Signed up in feburary, they assured me my dog is covered for parvo and hip dysplasia. Found out 2 weeks ago she has hip dysplasia with x rays and when i sent all my documentation they called me back and said i am not covered for hip dysplasia on my plan, had an argument that when i signed up i was assured that i was! Then yesterday i get a message stating i have not sent any documentation for my claim and i called them today and they said they still busy with the claim and tonight i get an email with a letter saying my claim is cancelled because of no documentation!!! Feel so cheated from these ******, they dont know whats going on. Canceling my insurance with them immediately!
