Dont insure with DotSure
Whatever you do- Dont do it!! What terrible customer service with the most nonchalant customer care agents. Insured with this company in June and July got hit from the back while stationary. Claimed througb the other drivers third party liability - zero help on recovery from dotsure. A simple task of sending me a no claims form took a whole week instead of the noted 24hours. Zero apologies from agent assigned with the responsibility. I wish I'd gone with Santam
