Don't ensure with Dotsure

Unhappy with their service. I have logged tickets to cancel or get a new quote for the past 4 hours. They cancel the tickets without even coming back to me. I am totally canceling my car insurance. Imagine you have to put in a claim. I cannot even make the changes online. They never updated my cell number nor my email. I'm totally unhappy, it takes them more than 30 minutes to answer the diverted call and then it cuts off. They keep calling me back on the old number
