Don't choose Dotsure they are dishonest and have terrible service

Worst communication I've ever experienced hands down. After getting a professional quote to repair my vehicle, dotsure have their own assessors apparently who look at photos submitted by a professional panel beaters and then only quote on what they can see in photos. Then they don't even use genuine parts to replace your genuine damaged parts...why pay for comprehensive insurance when they don't even use genuine parts. I've been constantly phoning and chasing up and no one ever gets back to you so if I were you I would choose another insurance company.
