Dominic Bennett was so friendly and patient. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and to be able to speak to him was easy especially since I'm an introvert. I felt like he went above and beyond to help Sumbul (my cat) and I. It's honestly such a pleasure speaking to people like him, like a breath of fresh air.
