Do Not take insurance with them. False services offered

Most traumatic experience dealing with this company. I am a driver of a vehicle that is insured with Dotsure. I went through a traumatic experience early parts of the 1st of April. On my way home there were vehicles that were pushing me off the road with caused me to overturn. From the time I was rushed to hospital Dotsure and Netstar didn't help. My vehicle was ****** from the accident scene. Netstar device was switched off as Netstar said they couldn't pick up the tracker after the incident. We didn't have a choice with choosing netstar as Dotsure had them only as a provider. Dotsure didn't have man power to assist in this situation. They didn't offer any assistance, I was only asked where I went and whether I went somewhere to eat. Used ridiculous methods of trying to con their way out of sorted out my claim. This company shouldn't be taking on business clients in an area they don't have an infrastructure to sustain the clients. I had to do everything on my own. Dotsure is paid to protect us aswell as netstar. But they did nothing. The vehicle was found 29 days after the incident. Tow truck and police were not questioned about what happened. Dotsure wanted me to put my life at risk and search for a vehicle , knowing that the tracker was not on and the vehicle was taken without any documents signed or permissions l given. I opened the AR on the first and even on the 3rd of April the police had no record. Dotsure was notified and did nothing. I am Muslim and this happened in the month of Ramadan as I told the insurance, how does a person be hounded like I was on the road , have an accident and the tracker goes off ,then the vehicle goes missing. A name was given to the insurance as we did asked around alot about the whereabouts of the vehicle. Nobody came to the scene or even to the police station. After the vehicle was recovered. My parents got a message that the claim is declined due to reckless speeding. There are also cameras on that highway. I could of died that night. I thank God that my mother wasn't driving that car that night as it belongs to her because Dotsure wants people to give in to the process of being hijacked. That vehicle carries customers good on a normal basis and good that are worth alot.

Be careful of this company, as they will take on any client knowing they don't have the infrastructure to service the area.

Netstar and Dotsure showed no compassion to me or my injuries. They do not provide the services they advertise or offer. They will take your premiums and not assist you. They have still been debiting the account. Be Careful if you are insured with them, as dangerous as this country is, according to Dotsure if someone is trying to hijack you, you must stop and risk you life , irrespective of what mental trauma you are going through in that type of event!!!
