Do not sign up for their motor vehicle insurance

My experience with Dotsure motor vehicle "insurance" has left me feeling ****med to be honest. They are quick to sign you up over the website but do not tell you about their outrageous excess clauses that add up. This caused my claim to be rejected as they assessed it as under their bloated excess. For those not in the know, your excess is basically tripled if you are under 30 and are "insured" with Dotsure for less than 6 months. They were also extremely unhelpful with having the claim collected from the third party which caused me to cancel as I have no idea why I was paying them for insurance. All you get from them are phone calls and promises as a service. Nothing more.
