Do not make use of Dotsure. Horrible!!!!!!!

Dotsure has really deturiated over the last few years. They were really great in the begining when they just starded. One moment I am talking to a person then they cut you off. Then I have to start the whole process again. Then someone cuts you off again. It is like no one wants to help you. The one person says she cannot help because she is on lunch at 4 in the afternoon. Like really? They are on the job when you want to pay or add. But as soon as you have a problem you need help with then no one is there to help. They keep putting you through to the next line, then the next, then someone cuts you off. This is really ridiculous. I would rather take my money to another bussiness who is more competent and willing to help!!!
