Do not insure withe Dotsure!!
I am having such a horrible experience with Dotsure. I have insured my pet for years with them. I decided to ensure my car and valuables with them recently. I lost a phone on Sunday and submitted all documentation and no one is GETTING BACK TO ME!! I NEED A REPLACEMENT PHONE ASAP and their customer care service is just appauling!! Its been a full week with no feed and no follow ups!!
I am cancelling my insurance with them as this is just unacceptable!!
