DO NOT INSURE WITH DOTSURE INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY ARE A **** THEY DON’T PAY CLAIMS.
Day 13 today and nothing has been said about my claim. I am the only one who calls them to make a follow-up to date I have not received a clear indication about my claim. I have never seen such incompetence. I have spoken to more than 5 consultants and non of them has given me answers. Some they will just answer what they think its best just to dismiss you without even asking you your claim number. DOTSURE WE TRUSTED YOU. I have spoken to the following people and they still have not assisted, all they have in common is that we will get the relevant department to give you a call. I would never advise anyone to use your Insurance. A*******
