Do not go to Dotsure, you will regret.

No matter how stranded you are with vehicle insurance, never go to Dotsure, you will regret like me. The seventh of August will be a full month of me running around and chasing them to settle my claim which they refuse to do. Their reason is that I don't have a permit. From 05 February 2025 until a few days after my incident, it was not possible to obtain a permit due to potential changes in the laws. They claim they didn't know that the document was not being issued at the time (this was publicly announced). Why am I suffering for them not keeping themselves informed about industry-relevant information as an organization? This gets worse, they even brought Badgerholdings to discredit my claim because they don't want to pay me what is due to me. It is the end of the month right now and they took my money yet they refuse to pay to fix my car. Don't fall for the trick of being told that the recorded calls are protecting you, when you ask for the recordings they only give you the ones that depict you to be wrong and them as the right people. I am not the only one with this problem, I spoke with 5 other victims and service providers that have seen Dotsure refusing to do what they promised the client. I REPEAT... "NEVER GO TO DOTSURE FOR CAR INSURANCE".
