Do not do business with dotsure. They are not to be trusted.

Absolutely no care and disregard when it comes to paying out a claim. To mess around a young professional like dotsure has done is disrespectful. Always query the amount they are offering to settle as dotsure said they were paying out 60% (although I still believe this to be low - it will be investigated further), however when the quantified amounts were queried they had taken a chance and actually only offered 30%! Ask them for their calculation! I will not stop doing my part to spread the message not to do business with them due to their disregard for facts, their unwillingness to handle situations properly and the fact that they blatantly think they are doing me a favour!
