Dissatisfied With Dotsure

Good day Please assist with the below matter i have regarding my Dotsure policy . I have a policy for a while now on a vehicle which is second hand. I had a problem with the vehicle and was told to tow it to a workshop which is covered by Dotsure. I took it in for them to find the fault on the vehicle. I sent through the report of the faults to Dotsure . The vehicle is now stripped. When I call dotsure they tell me I have to take the vehicle to a dealership to assist ,the dealership advised that it is very difficult to assist as the vehicle is already stripped. I would like assistance with this matter as iv been making my payments to dotsure and now having the run around with no help . Kindly call me on *** urgently as I need my vehicle repaired.
