Dissatisfied customer

Kindly assist me with my claim with insurer Dotsure Insurance.

I have been with this insurer over 5 years now , on their commercial insurance for uber.

My claim has been rejected, due to the driver not having a valid PDP. I did mention to the insurance that this is a family member and was sent on an errand at the time of the hijacking/accident. They mentioned that even though he has a valid drivers license the claim has been rejected, because the insurance was covered for taxi purposes and he had to have a PDP.

My cousin has a valid license and was given permission to use the vehicle.

The claim is currently being reviewed by their internal Ombudsman.

Please let me know what documentation you require to look into this.
