Dissatisfied and disappointed in Dotsure.co.za
I recently claimed for a damaged bumper and discovered that Dotsure wasn't totally transparent on the inception of the policy. They are all friendly and all when you take the policy out but come when you claim...they disregard you and don't have time to pay attention to your query. I ever so sorry I ever went with Dotsure. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.
I am currently looking for a better insurance company.
