Dissatisfaction of Service Received

I am very disappointed in Dotsure 😔 I don't believe that after so many years of being their client this is the treatment I get. 1 of our cars was involved in an accident 4 months ago, our claim was rejected and we disputed the outcome. We have since asked for recordings that were taken during validation of the claim and assessment recordings but have not received any instead I have been taken from pillar to post. I once received a call from Arabella promising that she would personally make sure I receive those recordings but to this day still nothing and I have not being able to get hold of her since. Later got a call again from Zukisa who promised the same and also disappeared. I have been sending countless emails but still NOTHING!!!
