DISSAPOINTED WITH DOTSURE CELLPHONE INSURANCE

i am very dissapointed with dotsure- i insured my cellphone Huawei P20Lite worth a value of R5699, and i have been with them since 2018, now i am logging a claim now and they tell me that the value of the cellphone is R3900 currently and they will give me the same cellphone or another phone worth R3900, so i am asking what is the insured value of R5699 for they cause my monthly premium is based on the insured value of R5699, then i was told that they work with retail value, if that is the case why aren't they decreasing my monthly premium to the retail value of the cellphone? they say they wont do any payouts they are using own service provider stores and they only based in jhb and western cape and these cellphone providers they are using are very expensive - i am very dissapointed and i will never insure anything with dotsure ever again
