Dissapointed and unhappy client

Worsed medical dog insurance ever. For the 1st time in one year i claimed as my 5 month old yorkie started vomiting and had diarhoea that would not stop which i took him to the vet on sunday the 13th of June 2021. The vet said that it is a bacteria in the water affecting his stomach and gave me medication and an injection. Requested to claim from dotsure with the accidental plan with the excess buster which all the consultants said they busy with the claim and that the claim is approved and busy with the payment and suddenly get a rejection letter stating that it is an illness and it will not be covered. My dog was never sick or had an illness. I will not waste another cent on Dotsure as they easy to take money but when it comes to a claim not easy to pay out.
