<p>What a terrible service I received when trying to make a claim.</p> <p>All of the sudden there are penalities I have to pay which I was never told about.Worse Part I am not claiming from my policy I just wanted dotsure to assist with liasing with the company that hit my car.</p> <p>The company agreed to take full responsibility provided they deal with my insurance.</p> <p> </p>
