Dishonest company. Robbing people on premiums
Last month I submitted a claim for damage that apparently happend in a parking lot. The quotation was around R7000. I was told the claim was not approved because my access was more than the claim. My access was R37000! Where on earth do they get R37000???
If this is not enough... This Month they deducted R993 from my account for my premium, but my premium is supposed to be R695.15.
People be warned. This insurance company is tricky and dishonest. They won't pay claims and the access is R37000 if they think there was not another vehicle involved.
Do not go to Dotsure please! You will only end up with frustration and incompetence. They are robbing people. Deducting another premium than supposed to without and notice or communication.
