DISGUSTING SERVICE. You're better off saving money for yourself DOTSURE is the same as most ****ming insurances!!! STAY AWAY!!

I have been a loyal customer with a policy with them for over 4 years. Even encouraged family members and friends to join them. Well now I will shout a serve warning to them, until claim you have no idea what service you will get. I took a motor extender policy to help when the major components of my car start to break down and now that my ignition is failing, they will not pay because it is wear and tear. So only when the part just stops working will they pay. Yet it is listed in that the ignition is a part that is covered in my policy. Typical of so many insurance companies. I trusted and thought DOTSURE was different. I am so disappointed in them. I was even with Hollard before they moved us to DOTSURE and I never had problems claiming with Hollard, YOU ARE BETTER OFF SAVING MONEY FOR YOURSELF then joining DOTSURE!!
