disgusting service on payments

I have a policy with Dotsure. My dog was recently admitted in hospital and even though they say they will pay R10000 per claim, they only paid R6000 on a R20000 invoice. No one at Dotsure ever gets back to you.

I submitted another claim which was for lameness and dehydration but the consultant puts it as arthritis and then cancels.
