Disgusting service from management

I had the worst experience. An agent signed me up for the waranty service and when I tried to claim my claim was rejected because I was misinformed. The manager promised to refund my premium but instead debited my account again. I am very unhappy because nobody bothered to call me back and till this date I got no response for my ***.
