Disgusting service from DotsureNyp

I'm am absolutely disgusted with service from Dotsure. I recently bought my first car n my intial insurance about was R1800. On first debit they deducted almost R3000 I called n queried they said would get back to regarding my money. How ever they did back reducing my insurance R1300.it been over month and they have not returned all extras they debited from my account. This month they did not debit the agreed amount they debited my account almost R2000 they *****ing my money from my account.i have received such pathetic service before.i want my money back and will be taking legal action against them.They cannot take advantage of people in this way.I work very hard n to see them debiting amount not agreed to is un acceptable

They have been investigating from my first debit but still nothing as been done. Now 2nd debit and they still doing the same thing.They have access to my account n they having there own ways with my money. Biggest mistake to insure my car with dotsure. N I'm sure they won't return my call. I will not let this slide I want my money back. I have an agreement that states what would be deducted from my account and that wasn't the agreed amount.
