disgusting service from Dotsure

If you see my last gripe about this company, dated 18.03.2022 you will understand my frutration. As of today, 28.03.2022 still nothing has been resloved. I firmly believe that this company has lost the plot as they only seem to be concentrating on animal welfare, just look at all the TV advertising. I also notice that aroung the 20th - 23rd of the month, Dotsure are alreading sending messages to remind us of the debit order that will be comming off, just wish that they were this efficient about meeting their promises. But i suppose if they have got your money, why worry
