Disgusting service from Dotsure

Very BAD Service takes of money during the month without my Consent after making arrangement for the 27th Feb Started taking off during the month 5 times even after i have called them 7 times asking them not to take money and they still tried as i am a Pensioner i don't have money in my account during the month charges was added to my account off R150 per unpaid fee do to insufficient funds coming to a total of R1050 to current date forcing me to cancel my policy do to Pathetic service by DOTSURE also after calling them they did not call me back at all!! I Would like to know if i am going to be reimbursed by Dotsure but i doubt it they seems to be a fly by night Company with total disregard to customer service!! Was `Helped` by Clinton and Siberiano was even asked to give them a good rating on HelloPeter then after rating them as Excellent service the service went to the dogs!! ps: Need to know when my unpaid fees are going to be reimbursed
