Disgusting service!
My claim was registered on 28/11/2019 and the insurance has been uncontactable since the registration of claim. Each time I call i either cant get hold of anyone or the person assisting hangs up. I will be contacting the Ombudsman shortly as this is absolutely ridiculous!
