DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!
<div>DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! MANAGERS ****** FAILED ON EVERY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DOTSURE TO ANYONE. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS AND MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN FINALISED. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS AND THE CLAIM HANDLERS ARE USELESS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR CAR INSURANCE, ALL OF YOUR DAMAGES ARE NOT PAID FOR OR PAID SHORT. THEY HAVE REPORTED TO THE OMBUDSMAN.</div>
