Disgusting service.

When you call the call centre it goes through to reception and the lady there just says they will call back shortly and yet no one calls back. The funny part is when they wanna sign you up, you receive calls every day. I wanted to cancel my policy as their pet cover only covers consultation fees. which is nonsense as I pay a premium for the highest cover and even though it only covers consultation.
