Disgusting Service

I took out insurance based on what was advertised on TV" Name your price".i was advised to take out the Basic Plan only to find out later your pet is hardly covered for anything, then i called in and i was advised to take out the Superior Plan and that my dogs will be covered for Wellness wgich includes dental..what they dont tell you is they dont cover the consultations and only cover R425..which vet out there today will charge R425 to put your pet under and clean their teeth...when i complained Jehaan told me she will strongly recommend to the claims dept to put it through on illness cover...vut also just lies...my pets teeth is affecting her health.....also they claim that they pay out within 48 hours biggest nonsense ever...dont let this company pull cotton wool over your eyes....please **** take out insurance for your pets with this company as they lie and manipulate the cause.....i have waisted all my instalments i have paid into this useless company......really very very dissapointed......
