disgusting insurance company and poor customer services

Dot sure has the worst customer services ever. no sense of urgency and don't reply to customer complaints. you have to call them to follow up on your claim then on top of that when you call them they hang up your calls. they ignore their customers but are too happy to collect their premiums

I’ve been trying to call the stupid company and have them return my car . Which they were supposed to yesterday already . I’ve been calling to find out what’s the hold up with no assistance. Please return my car or give me the address I’ll fetch it myself
