Disgusting Dotsure pet Medical aid - do NOT sign up to them
Utter incompetence...many times. never deal with this company as they dont deserve to be in business. I just put my dog to sleep and the pain they have caused me...I have told them to not bother paying her claim. Sunelle Coetzee - a manager - couldnt even have the courtesy to apologise to me when I escalated the claim to her - this is what you are dealing with. Rule 1 when dealing with an unhappy client - apologise even if you dont mean it. DISGUSTED
