Disgusting company

Sick and tired of this ***** company they do not have a management or an ombudsmen they don't not pay as promised and has not been of any assistance to me. Every single broker has being trained to be rude and have no customer care skills I don't advise anyone to use this insurance company . I have being waiting almost a year for my claim to be paid and now they say we welcome to engage an attorney to stall this process even longer. They reduced my claim leaving me to cover the balance, and still stalling payment the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Disgusted stop *****ing people's hard earned money.
