DISGUSTING, APPALING SERVICE

This is by far the worst and appalling service ever. Its been over two Months your client has submitted a 3rd party claim and till this day we have not been assisted. I myself work in customer care but the DOTSURE customer experience is the worst.

All that they have been trained on is please give us your number and you will be called back. I have spend so much on airtime calling this useless insurance Company who keep passing me from pillar to post. I feel so sorry for your clients as they being ********** - paying but no service provided.

I want all this to end before legal action is taken .. I once have considered of joining dotsure but with the horrible service - HELL NO
