Disgusting.

I am really fed up with dotsure and their poor service is disgusting . Their processes are ridiculous and pathetic. Why should I wait for 60 days for payout ? I waited 60 day while assessing my claim . Paying out is also taking so long ? This is madness. Since the 12 December 2023 after complaining they finally responded send me release form to payout . But now I have to wait again for them to pay me . I signed those release form and send them back 20 December 2023 . Only God knows what I they still doing that's holding them to just credit my account with that amount and I go fix my car . Does it make sense to dotsure for one claim to take 6 months? Or are they doing this to me because I'm a black woman ? I spoke to Lydia Victor numerous times but it's like whatever I say to her goes in from one ear and goes out to the other ear . I hope this message gets to Annelie Dejager as well . This is horrible insurance ever .......
