Dotsure has to be the most *********** insurance I have ever had health with. They fail to communicate important information. they will sweet talk you into getting you to take up a plan and when the time for claims comes, they never deliver. A consultant called Charles made my mother take up a service and warranty plan. Call records to show that he NEVER INDICATED TO MY MOTHER THAT WHEN TAKING A CAR FOR SERVICE SHE MUST FIRST PAY, THEN CLAIM BACK FROM THEM. If this were the case, she would have never taken the plan, to begin with. Her requests were clear and he clearly agreed to all of them. I contacted the insurance about this and they admitted to the mistake but still fail to fix their mess. No accountability yet they have been debiting her for the past 3 to 4 months. This is just one of the complaints we have with Dotsure. Please be careful of their ****s. Now my mother has to find money to service her car.
