Disgraceful payout ratios on premium plans
Initially experience seems good. Website is slick, processes are efficient, agents are proactive. But when the rubber hits the road, their payout ratios are awful. My pets are on premium plan, but twice now I have received a pittance versus *** for a R4000 claim.
