Discriminitive ****y service

when i joined the insurance company i was not told that road assist does not cover soweto.yesterday i had a problem with my car keys the electronic key was not working and the spare key wouldn't work.i then contacted dotsure road assist at around 20:30 i was told the assistant will call me back in 10minutes. 20 minutes later i had to call back myself to find out who is coming to assist me however the was difficulty finding someone to come help me in soweto. I was then assisted 2 hours later by someone who is not on their insurance list because their insurance list is to special to come to soweto. i am paying my premiums without fail for all this ****y descriminative service.
