Disatisfied Client:Dotsure Insurance
They reject my claim, my first claim, I emailed them 7 days ago requesting the recording between myself and they call centre sales agent who convinced me to join Dotsure. i knew me having a comprehensive insurance with them but shockingly Im told that dames cost under 15Ks.I am driving Hyundai Tuscon of 2016, how insane I am to put my car at such risk of under 15Ks. I requested the recordings, and today I am on the 7th day with no response from Dotsure.I never claim since I joined,this was my first claim and boom declined.
