Disappointing experience, all around.

What a terrible experience when it’s time for a claim. Had a good 3 and a half year run with these guys no issues, but when it comes time to claim all the finest print pops up, like damage reports at your cost whether claim is approved or not, now I’m finding out at point of claim that I have to downgrade the product I’m claiming for despite paying a premium that was made for the original cost of the product. Not to mention being transferred Atleast 10 times in a space of 30 mins. A waste of your time, energy and money. Do not insure anything with these guys!
